My journey has been a transformative one. After earning my degree in Physical Therapy with a specialization in Sports and Chinese Medicine, I realized my true passin and calling was in the realm of technology and innovation.
I've spent my career striving to bring positive change, whether it's in people, technology, experiences, or processes. Since 2011, I've steadily risen through the ranks, consistently delivering innovative and impactful results. My expertise in Agile techniques and experience in leading complex projects, involving both local and global teams of professionals, have been instrumental in my transition to the tech industry. I'm dedicated to challenging inefficiencies and driving progress in organizations, and I look forward to continuing this journey in the tech world.

I acted as a member of the production team responsible for the yearly Carmel Festival, the world’s largest Israeli Folk Dance Festival, outside Israel - a 3-day festival, where 3.000+ spectators enjoy more than 7 major dance shows. The festival requires a 10-month preparation, and receives each year more than 1.000 dancers from all around the world. The Festival’s production is divided into more than 10 departments, including a Production team, a Technical Support team, a Stage Managing team and many others.
